The CarTenance web app is provided to you as is for free. By using CarTenance app you accept the following terms and conditions:

We aim to provide sound maintenance plans for your car, however we cannot guarantee that they will not result in damages to your car. The maintenance plans can be tailored by you to fit your needs and ultimately you are responsible for creating the right plan for your car.

Additionaly, we will take no responsibility for any damages to your car, property or persons that may result as a consequence of your use of the CarTenance web app.

We will not share your data in the app and we will protect it according to our privacy policy. However, in the unfortunate event of the security of our site being breached and data stolen or any event resulting in data loss, we will take no responsibility.
